Yes, the Free plan is free forever, with unlimited customers, suppliers, and staff, and 1 device.
What is the difference between Pro and Pro+?
Pro is one payment for every device in one shop, synced over your own Wi-Fi. Pro+ is monthly or yearly and adds sync over the internet and more than one location.
Can customers pay when they book online?
In the United States, yes: connect Stripe and collect a deposit or the full price on your booking page. In other countries, bookings are paid at the shop.
Can I use my own thermal printer?
Yes, Dokani supports ESC/POS thermal printers for receipts and queue tickets.
What if I need help installing or setting up?

How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time. This permanently removes your profile, store settings, business records, images, and subscriptions. Local data on your device is not affected until you uninstall the app.
