How do customers book online?
Turn on your booking page in Settings, choose your link and share it on Instagram or WhatsApp. Bookings appear on your calendar within seconds.
Can I take walk-ins and appointments at the same time?
Yes. Walk-ins and booked customers share one queue, and a barber who is serving a walk-in cannot be booked until they are free.
How are commissions calculated?
You set a rate per barber, and if you want a different rate on a service or product. Assign the barber on each line and Dokani works out what each person earned.
Do you support booth rent?
Yes. Add each chair with its rate and renter, record each payment, and read the Rent Roll report by month, quarter or year.
Can I take card payments?
In the United States, connect Stripe to take booking deposits and cards on a Stripe card reader. In other countries, keep your bank's card machine and record the sale as a card payment in Dokani.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The till, the calendar and the queue work offline. Your online booking page and reminders need the internet to reach your customers.
Does Dokani help at tax time?
