1. Free Trial

We offer a 15-day free trial for new users to evaluate the Service. During this period, you may explore all standard features of your selected plan.

After the trial expires, your account will be locked until a valid payment is made for a subscription or one-time license.

You will not be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you voluntarily choose to subscribe or purchase.

2. One-Time License Purchases

One-time license fees are non-refundable once payment is completed and access is granted.

By purchasing a one-time license, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying access to a digital product that cannot be returned or revoked after delivery.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer both monthly and annual subscription plans.

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription directly from your account settings.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date.
Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds are offered for unused days or remaining time in the billing period.

After cancellation, your account will revert to limited or trial mode, and you will lose access to premium features and connected data after 30 days.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital SaaS products, all payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

One-time license purchases
Monthly and annual subscriptions
Accidental renewals or mistaken purchases
Account inactivity or user dissatisfaction

6. Account Suspension and Termination

If a payment fails or is reversed, your account may be suspended until payment is settled. Repeated failed payments or chargebacks may result in permanent termination.

7. Data Retention After Cancellation

Upon cancellation or expiration of your plan:

Your data remains accessible for 30 days for export.
After 30 days, data may be deleted or anonymized for system improvement.

We will not sell or share your personal data with any third party. Anonymous and aggregated data may be used internally to enhance our artificial intelligence models and overall service performance.

8. Legal Basis for Non-Refund Policy

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and similar international consumer protection laws, digital content that is fully delivered and accessed by the consumer is not subject to mandatory refund once performance has begun with the consumer’s consent.
